Terms & Conditions

1. Service Overview

Zuoosh provides custom presentation design services, which may include slide deck creation, visual enhancements, and consultation for businesses and individuals. By subscribing to Zuoosh, you gain access to tailored design work based on your requirements and the subscription package chosen.

2. Subscription Plans

  • Subscription Terms: Zuoosh offers various subscription plans with differing levels of service (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annual subscriptions). All plans grant access to a specified number of design hours or projects per month, depending on the plan selected.

  • Renewal & Cancellation: Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled at least 7 days before the renewal date. Subscriptions can be canceled through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

  • Refunds: Zuoosh does not offer refunds for unused services or canceled subscriptions. However, unused design hours or credits in certain plans may roll over to the following month, based on plan terms.

3. Project Requests and Revisions

  • Request Submission: Subscribers can submit project requests through the Zuoosh platform or via email. Each project must include clear and complete instructions. Zuoosh is not responsible for delays caused by unclear or incomplete project briefs.

  • Delivery Timeline: Zuoosh will make every effort to deliver projects within the agreed timeline, but delays may occur due to project complexity or volume. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

  • Revisions: Zuoosh offers a limited number of revisions per project, as outlined in your subscription plan. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges.

4. Ownership and Usage Rights

  • Client Ownership: Upon full payment and project completion, you (the subscriber) will own the final design deliverables, including presentation files. Zuoosh retains ownership of all drafts, templates, and proprietary design methods.

  • Permitted Use: The deliverables are intended for personal or business use, as per your request. You may modify, distribute, or present the materials in any non-infringing manner. You cannot resell or sublicense Zuoosh designs without prior written consent.

5. Payments and Fees

  • Payment Terms: Payment for subscriptions must be made in advance via the methods provided on the Zuoosh website. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

  • Additional Fees: Zuoosh reserves the right to charge additional fees for services outside the scope of the selected subscription plan (e.g., rush delivery, premium custom illustrations).

6. Confidentiality

  • Client Information: Zuoosh respects your privacy and will handle your materials, including presentation content, confidentially. We will not share or disclose your designs or any proprietary information without your consent, except as required by law.

  • Design Use: Zuoosh reserves the right to use anonymized versions of design projects (without sensitive content) for marketing and portfolio purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

7. Warranties and Liabilities

  • No Warranties: Zuoosh does not warrant that its services will meet all of your specific requirements, or that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted. You agree that the use of our services is at your sole risk.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zuoosh shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, business, profits, or reputation.

8. Termination

  • Subscriber Termination: You may terminate your subscription at any time by canceling it via your account or by notifying Zuoosh. No refunds will be issued for early termination unless otherwise specified.

  • Zuoosh Termination: Zuoosh reserves the right to terminate or suspend services for any subscriber found to be in breach of these terms or involved in illegal or fraudulent activities.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction/State/Country]. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].

10. Modifications
